Sharing My Personal Experience Using The Eskiin Filtered Shower Head
I recently purchased the Eskiin Filtered Shower Head after seeing numerous ads highlighting its benefits, particularly its ability to filter out chlorine and improve water pressure. Here’s my experience:
The installation was straightforward; it fit my existing shower arm without any issues. The design is sleek and modern, adding a nice touch to my bathroom decor. Upon using the shower head, I noticed a slight improvement in water pressure, which made for a more invigorating shower experience. However, I didn’t observe any significant changes in my skin or hair condition, which I had hoped would improve due to the chlorine filtration claims.
One of the main selling points for me was the promise of chlorine filtration. After using it for a few weeks, I didn’t notice a substantial difference in water quality. My skin and hair felt the same as before, and I still experienced dryness, which I attribute to chlorine in the water. This aligns with some reviews I read on Amazon, where other users questioned the effectiveness of its filtration capabilities.
The shower head requires filter replacements, and while I haven’t reached that point yet, it’s worth noting that replacement filters are available, such as the 4 Pack Replacement Shower Filter Compatible For Eskiin High Pressure. The cost of these filters is something to consider for long-term use.

Conclusion
Overall, the Eskiin Shower Head looks nice and was easy to install, but it honestly didn’t live up to the hype for me. I was really hoping it would help with the chlorine in our water, but I didn’t notice much of a difference—my skin still feels a bit dry, and my hair hasn’t improved either. The pressure was decent, but nothing game-changing. I think it’s okay if you’re just looking for a basic shower upgrade, but if you’re buying it for the filtration benefits, I’d keep looking. I wouldn’t repurchase it.

Yeah if you look at the amazon reviews people have testers and it shows chlorine still there. One reviewer put the test strips but left a 5 star and they were identical to tap water. Theres several people selling almost identical showerheads wayy cheaper. On the page it says its from China so i think all those amazon guys are getting from the same place there just changing it very slightly for branding. Agree do not buy!

REVIEW OF THE COMPANY AND NOT THE SHOWER HEAD, be careful what companies you buy from, especially ones that you will likely need to buy more parts from (filters). They are only getting a single star because I was unable to leave ZERO, which is what they deserve!! This company has no customer service skills AT ALL. I accidentally purchased their item (I had it in the cart to see the price and as a scrolled down, my thumb touched the “pay now” button). I IMMEDIATELY reached out to them letting them know. I did not receive a response back to let them know to cancel the order and not send the item. As a matter of fact, I didn’t hear from them until AFTER I received the item and sent them 5 emails. Then they told me, “not a problem, please let me know if you would like to continue with a return and we can provide you with an RMA number.” I told them within 5-minutes of them sending that email, that I would like to return the item. Well, they didn’t respond until I told them that I would be contacting the BBB, and that they need to get me an RMA number ASAP so I can return their item. After that email, they responded to me right away with an RMA number. I then sent their unopened item back to them, but didn’t hear back for 2-weeks, even after it was received. I sent them an email letting them know it was returned, but I still hadn’t received my refund. They asked for tracking #, carrier, and proof of delivery, which I provided to them. Again, they didn’t respond for 10 or so days to let me know my refund was processed. 5 more emails later and they still didn’t respond, so I got onto the BBB website, found their phone # (in case anyone ever needs it…(302) 317-2316), and within 30-minutes of me leaving them a, no-so-friendly-email, they sent me two emails letting me know they had processed the refund! They don’t offer a phone number, I was only able to find it on BBB ((302) 317-2316), if not for that phone number, I am certain that I would STILL be working on trying to get my $200 back. BUYER BEWARE, IF YOU EXPECT CUSTOMER SERVICE, THIS IS NOT THE COMPANY TO BUY FROM!!!
