Lately, I’ve been seeing ads for this online store called Flormiss.com all over my social media. They sell women’s clothing, lots of cute, casual dresses and tops at prices that almost seem too good to be true. And I’ll be honest, I fell for the aesthetic. The website looked trendy, the clothes looked like something off Pinterest, and the prices? Unreal.
But after my experience… I really wish I had done more research.

First Impressions
Flormiss.com has that “boutique-chic” look that makes you feel like you’ve stumbled on a hidden gem. Everything was on sale, and I spotted a floral maxi dress for under $30 that looked just like one I had been eyeing on another site for double the price. That should’ve been a red flag right there, but I hit checkout anyway.
The site was a bit glitchy, and it took a while for my payment to go through. I paid with my card (mistake #2), and got a generic order confirmation email shortly after. There was no estimated delivery time, and no way to track my order, just a thank-you and a random string of numbers.
The Wait Begins…
I waited. And waited. After 2 weeks, nothing. I emailed their support (which, by the way, is just one email address, no phone number, no live chat). It took them 5 days to reply with a vague message: “Your order is being processed. Please be patient.”
Three more weeks passed before a flimsy, half-opened plastic bag finally arrived. I was honestly shocked anything even came.
The Reality vs. What I Ordered
Let’s just say the dress I received looked nothing like the one in the picture. The fabric was cheap, thin, and see-through. The seams were unfinished. It had a weird chemical smell, and the sizing? Completely off. I ordered a medium, it felt like an extra small in some places and a large in others. The colors weren’t even the same as what was advertised.
It honestly felt like something that cost $2 to make. I could’ve gotten better quality from a local thrift store.
The Return Process? Good Luck With That.
After that disaster, I tried to return the item. Flormiss claims to have a “30-day return policy,” but when I contacted them again, they gave me the runaround. First, they asked for pictures. Then, they told me the return shipping was my responsibility, to a random address overseas.
Eventually, they stopped responding entirely. I never got my money back.
Is Flormiss.com Legit?
In my opinion? Absolutely not.
The whole experience felt shady. The site looks nice on the surface, but behind the scenes, it’s unresponsive, unreliable, and borderline scammy. The item I received was a far cry from what was shown online, and the customer service was practically nonexistent.
Flormiss seems like one of those fast-fashion dropship sites that steals photos from other brands, sends low-quality knockoffs, and then ghosts you when things go wrong.
Conclusion
If you’re thinking about shopping at Flormiss.com, don’t. I know those Instagram-worthy dresses are tempting, but save yourself the frustration. There are better (and more honest) places to shop online. I wish I had read a post like this before placing my order.
If you’ve already ordered and are dealing with a similar nightmare, contact your bank or credit card company ASAP and try to dispute the charge. That’s the only way I was able to get my money back in the end.
