Purely White Deluxe is a teeth-whitening brand that sells products designed to help people get a brighter smile at home without having to pay for professional whitening treatments. Its products are promoted heavily online, particularly through social media advertisements, where the brand makes whitening look like something you can easily achieve as part of your normal brushing routine.

The range includes teeth-whitening powder and whitening kits. The powder is designed to be used when brushing, while the kits are intended to provide a more complete at-home whitening experience. The main selling point is that Purely White Deluxe uses a peroxide-free formula featuring PAP+ technology and hydroxyapatite. The brand promotes this combination as a gentler way to tackle stains without the sensitivity that some people experience with traditional peroxide-based whitening products.

PAP+ is used in some whitening products as an alternative to peroxide, with the aim of helping to reduce tooth discolouration. Hydroxyapatite is a mineral used in oral-care products because of its relationship with tooth enamel. Purely White Deluxe uses these ingredients to appeal to people who want whiter-looking teeth but would rather avoid the discomfort they associate with stronger whitening treatments.

The product is particularly aimed at people with stains caused by everyday habits such as drinking coffee and tea or smoking. It is also promoted as easy to use, with a mint flavour that is supposed to leave the mouth feeling fresh. On paper, it sounds like a convenient option, especially for anyone who wants to improve the appearance of their teeth without making a trip to the dentist.

There are certainly customers who seem happy with it. The PurelyWHITE Deluxe Teeth Whitening Kit has a reported rating of 4.4 out of 5 stars from more than 500 ratings on Walmart, and some users say they noticed brighter teeth without experiencing much sensitivity. However, not everyone has had a good experience, and the complaints about the company’s billing and customer service deserve attention too.

I also decided to try Purely White Deluxe myself, and unfortunately, I was not impressed with the results.

What Happened When I Used Purely White Deluxe?

I purchased three bottles of Purely White Deluxe because I wanted something that would help whiten my teeth without causing unnecessary sensitivity. The idea of using a peroxide-free product was appealing, and I expected that regular use would eventually produce a visible improvement.

I followed the recommended routine and brushed with it twice daily. After using one entire bottle, however, I could not see any difference in the colour of my teeth. I had hoped to notice at least some improvement, even if it was not a dramatic change, but my teeth looked just as they did before I started using it.

I was also not happy with the taste. Whenever I brushed with Purely White Deluxe, it left a bad taste in my mouth, which made the experience unpleasant. I could probably have overlooked that if the product had actually whitened my teeth, but there was no visible result to make the experience worthwhile.

What makes this more disappointing is that I had already bought three bottles. I was prepared to give the product a proper chance, but after finishing the first bottle without seeing any improvement, I had very little confidence that continuing would make a difference. I cannot say that everyone will have the same experience, but I certainly did not get what I paid for.

Does the PAP+ Formula Really Whiten Teeth?

One of the biggest selling points of Purely White Deluxe is its PAP+ formula. The brand presents it as a gentler alternative to conventional whitening products that rely on peroxide. This is likely to appeal to people who have previously experienced tooth sensitivity or gum discomfort when using whitening strips and gels.

The formula also includes hydroxyapatite, an ingredient commonly used in oral-care products. It is associated with enamel care, which helps explain why it is included in a product that is marketed as a gentler whitening option.

However, having these ingredients in a formula does not automatically mean the finished product will produce noticeable results. There is a difference between an ingredient having a purpose in oral care and a particular product delivering the whitening results promised in its advertising.

Whitening powders generally work on surface stains, which can build up from coffee, tea, food and smoking. They are not necessarily going to change the natural colour of teeth or remove every type of discolouration. This is worth remembering because some online advertisements make whitening look almost effortless, creating expectations that a simple brushing product may not be able to meet.

In my case, the formula did not give me the results I wanted. I used it consistently twice a day and finished one bottle, yet my teeth did not look any whiter. So although the ingredients may sound promising, I cannot recommend Purely White Deluxe based on my own results.

What Are Other Purely White Deluxe Customers Saying?

The customer feedback is quite mixed, and the ratings vary considerably depending on where you look.

On Walmart, the PurelyWHITE Deluxe Teeth Whitening Kit has a reported rating of around 4.4 out of 5 stars from more than 500 ratings. Some buyers say the product helped brighten their teeth, while others appreciate that they did not experience the sensitivity they had with traditional whitening products. The ease of using the kit at home is another reason some customers seem satisfied.

Trustpilot tells a very different story. The brand’s official website has a reported TrustScore of approximately 1.4 to 1.5 out of 5 from hundreds of reviews. Several complaints are not even about whether the whitening product works. Instead, customers describe problems with orders, unexpected items appearing during checkout, pricing discrepancies and difficulties getting refunds.

There are also complaints about customer support being difficult to reach, with some buyers saying their emails were ignored or their return requests were refused. Other customers have reported problems with the whitening kits themselves, including devices arriving with dead batteries or stopping working after very little use.

The whitening results are another source of dissatisfaction. Some customers say the products did not produce the dramatic improvement they expected from the advertising. That is something I can relate to because, despite using Purely White Deluxe twice daily, I did not notice any change in my teeth.

The difference between the Walmart ratings and the much lower Trustpilot score is worth noting. Positive product ratings are useful, but they do not tell the whole story about ordering, billing and how a company handles customers when something goes wrong.

Is Purely White Deluxe Worth Buying?

Purely White Deluxe may appeal to people who want an at-home whitening product that does not rely on traditional peroxide formulas. Its PAP+ and hydroxyapatite ingredients give it a reasonable marketing angle, and some customers appear to be happy with the results.

However, I would not buy it simply because of the impressive whitening claims in its advertisements. My experience was disappointing, and the complaints about checkout charges, refunds and customer support make me even less comfortable recommending the brand.

I would also be careful when ordering directly from the company’s website. Some customers have complained about additional items being included during checkout and charges they did not expect. Before paying, make sure you understand exactly what is in your basket and what the final amount will be.

Is Purely White Deluxe a Scam?

I would not label Purely White Deluxe a confirmed scam because there are customers who report positive results, and the product does contain ingredients used in whitening and oral-care products. However, that does not mean I think it is a good purchase or that the company’s marketing deserves unquestioned trust.

My own experience was particularly disappointing. I bought three bottles, used one bottle twice daily and saw absolutely no difference in the colour of my teeth. The unpleasant taste was another problem, and I certainly did not feel that the product was worth the money I spent on it.

The poor Trustpilot rating and repeated complaints about billing, refunds and customer support add to my concerns. A company selling teeth-whitening products should be able to provide a straightforward buying experience and deal properly with customers who have problems with their orders.

Would I recommend Purely White Deluxe? No. It did not work for me, and I would not spend more money on it. Some people may be satisfied with their results, but based on my experience and the customer complaints surrounding the brand, I would think carefully before placing an order. There are too many unanswered questions about the company’s customer service to make this a product I can confidently recommend.
