Sharing My Personal Experience Using The Rejuvaknee Massager
I tried the Rejuvaknee Massager for a couple of weeks, and honestly, I wasn’t impressed. The massager looks well-designed and fits comfortably around the knee, but that’s about where the positives end. The massager has adjustable straps, making it easy to put on, but the overall build quality felt a little cheap, especially considering the price.
The massage itself was pretty underwhelming. It felt more like light vibrations rather than a deep, therapeutic massage. I tried the different modes, but none of them seemed to make much of a difference. It’s supposed to provide relief, but I barely noticed any improvement in my knee pain after multiple uses.
The heat setting, which I was really looking forward to, took a long time to warm up. When it finally did, the heat was uneven, leaving some parts of my knee warm while others stayed cold. Even at the highest heat setting, it wasn’t as soothing as I’d hoped. The battery life was also a letdown. It didn’t last long enough for a full session, especially if I used both the massage and heat functions together. I had to recharge it more often than expected, which interrupted my sessions.

Extremely unhappy with the RejuvaKnee Company and their customer service. I have not yet tried the unit due to missing components.
It took two months for the unit and 1 Red Light Pro to arrive. The order was not complete so I had to contact them again. It took another month to complete the order but then they started what appears to be a monthly recurring charge which they have not responded to my inquiry . They have only given an email and no phone number or address to get have my questions answered. For this I give this company and product an “F” grade.
