Sharing My Personal Experience Using The Oricle Hearing Aid

I saw an Ad for the Oricle Hearing Aid on social media and then placed an order for mine. I was really hopeful when I purchased the Oricle Hearing Aid, but unfortunately, it didn’t work out for me at all. Here’s my honest experience:

The sound amplification felt off. Voices didn’t come through clearly, and everything sounded muffled or distorted. In noisy settings, it was even worse as the background sounds overwhelmed everything else, making it frustrating to use. It didn’t improve my hearing the way I had expected.

It was also an uncomfortable fit, Despite claims of being lightweight and snug, the device didn’t fit well in my ear. It was either too tight or kept slipping, making it hard to wear for long periods. It felt flimsy right out of the box, and honestly, it didn’t inspire confidence. For the price, I expected something more durable and well-made.

One major downside was the Return Policy. This was probably the most frustrating part. When I realized the hearing aid wasn’t working for me, I tried to initiate a return. It took multiple attempts to get in touch with customer service, and when I finally did, the process was unnecessarily complicated. They kept delaying the refund, asking for additional documentation, and I had to pay for return shipping myself. It felt like they were trying to make me give up on returning it altogether.

Customer service was unhelpful and slow to respond. I felt like I was being ignored, and that added to the disappointment.

  1. Buyer beware……I bought the Oriole hearing aids for my husband. He can’t adjust the sound properly and when he puts them in his ears he struggles to get them back out. He is very unhappy with them. I have reached out to the company to see how to return them and they have totally ignored me. I do not recommend anyone buying these.

    1. I placed an order and immediately canceled it but they shipped their devices anyways. I refer to them as devices because they are NOT hearing aids. After getting the run around from their “customer service”, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They took care of the issue and I received an immediate full refund and did not return their product! Hope this helps you. Good luck!

        1. I’m beginning to think all of the OTC hearing aids are junk. I paid $200 for hearing aids (HEAR CLEAR) that were supposed to be Bluetooth. One hearing aid did not work at all and there was no Bluetooth availability. I contacted them to return them and they wanted to refund me 40% and keep the aids. What good is it if it doesn’t work? I am disputing the charge with my bank.

Have replied to their people (they were asking for a rating of satisfaction) I have not received a reply) also have searched youtube for help.. no help yet. I would not, at this time, recommend this product OR seller. I CONTINUE to get e-mails for ‘other’ products, which I have not requested.. buyer beware-

  2. Totally agree with the above statements. I too bought their top of the line hearing aids. They are junk. They give you the run around if you attempt to return them. Oracle hearing aids are a bad but.

  3. Тhe company does not return the money. I asked to return the hearing aid 2 weeks before the end of the term. They dragged it out until the last minute and didn’t return the money. Although it was said we offer a hassle-free return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return them within 45 days for a refund—no questions asked!

  4. I have bought a set and within a week of using them the red one quit producing sound. i had purchased the extended warranty. I have tried to contact customer support and they have not provded any assistance. All I wanted was a replacement pair. I am in the middle of filing a complaint to the BBB. If nothing comes of it, I will file in the PayPal resolution center. At this point, I will say buyer beware.

  5. I bought the Oricle Hearing Aid’s and was hoeful that they would solve my problem of not being able to hear conversations, etc. Unfortunately, they do not fit in my ears. Whether my ears are extra small, or the Oricle Hearing Aids are just too bulky, they don’t work for me. I have tried calling both phone numbers that are on the box, but that is a joke. There is a messge to try on line, that is also a joke. I have not been able to get in touch with anyone. I can only assume once you buy these haring aids, they are yours to keep regardless of whether they work for you or not. Customer Service is non-existent!

  6. DO NOT BUY THESE!!!!!!! IT’S A SCAM!!!! The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I bought the Oricle hearing aids for my husband, he couldn’t get them to fit comfortably in his ears, he heard a constant echoing and heard his own voice very loudly. I reached out to the email address provided to start the process of return. The return policy states you need a RMA number to return, if you send them back without this number they will keep the hearing aids and will not refund your money. I’ve contacted them several times since purchasing and they just reply with “are you sure you want to return.” I reply YES PLEASE SEND ME THE RMA#. Still haven’t heard anything, I guess I’m just stuck with them. ITS A SCAM!!!!

  8. I also bought the Oricle hearing aid and have the same results. They actually heart my ear they are so tight, background noise was terrible. Trying to get customer service has been very disappointing. 6days tand still trying to get a return address and refund info.

  10. I have severe hearing loss in my right ear, moderate loss in left ear. the performance is better than any OTC aids I have tried. These, for the price took care of my hearing problem.

  11. I have never used these hearing aids, but I can vouch for the OTC Sony CRE-E10 hearing aids mentioned here. They aren’t cheap, perhaps that’s why they work so well. Setting up the hearing test, and programming the aids to your specific needs with the phone app is simple. This may sound odd, but my hearing had declined so sharply over the last three years that I had actually come to believe that there were no more birds in my neighborhood. Then I got these and, wow, they’re all back.

  13. I was in the process of ordering the inexpensive hearing aid when I scrolled down to finalize the order. They had a much more expensive one that I did not order but having scrolled over the picture,they used my credit card to order the expensive one. I was unable to cancel, or verify the order. Once they had my credit card they ran with their highest product. I did call the next day to cancel the order which they did but only after I informed them that I had contacted my credit card company and put the order on denial.
    I do not do business with companies that do not give one the option to cancel or verify the order. It makes me angry.
